Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation will be confirmed after payment of 10% of the total accommodation amount.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200 is required.
The deposit will be refunded at check-out if no damage to the property or equipment has occurred.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your stay up to 42 days before arrival without additional charges.
If the reservation is canceled after this period, the full accommodation amount will be charged.

1. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in: from 15:00 to 17:00.
Standard check-out: until 10:00.
Late or early check-in is possible with prior confirmation from the property.
Late check-out is possible upon request, depending on availability and according to the price list.
Please inform us in advance about your expected arrival time.
2. Quiet Hours and Noise
Quiet hours are from 07:00 to 23:00.
Please avoid making noise during your stay.
Parties and organized events are not allowed.
3. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
5. Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is free and operates only when all windows and doors are closed.
Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house.
6. Windows and Doors
Please close windows and doors during strong winds or bad weather.
7. Barbecue
Wood splitting for the grill is allowed only in the designated area.
8. Use of the House and Equipment
Please maintain hygiene and keep the house clean.
Any damages or malfunctions must be reported to the host immediately.
Use of kitchen appliances, electronic devices and other amenities is at your own risk
and in accordance with the instructions.
9. Additional Requests
For any additional requests during your stay, feel free to contact the host.
The host will do their best to fulfill them depending on possibilities.
10. Safety
Please close doors and windows when leaving the house.
Use extreme caution when operating the grill due to drought and/or wind.
Please leave the embers to cool until the next day before disposal, and check that they are fully extinguished before discarding.
11. Maintenance and Environmental Protection
Please dispose of waste in designated bins and recycle according to instructions.
Save water and energy – turn off the air conditioning and lights when not needed.
12. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
By following the house rules, you contribute to a pleasant stay.
